The tunes of old sorcery heard on this album were evoked, received, and transcribed between 2021 and 2024 by Anti Ittna H., within the tempestuous darkness of North Ostrobothnia, Finland.
The lyrical themes were extracted from various encounters, metaphysical journeys, and automatic vocal séances conducted in the Unfyros Shôngi Temple between 2022 and 2024.
Drums and bass were recorded in the Triark Chapel — the sanctum where the pulse of Unfyros is summoned into form. Vocals, guitars, and synthesizers were captured in the remote, forest-cloaked solitude of Room Luna Lake and Katajan Kaiku Studio in August 2024. The album was mixed and mastered at Katajan Kaiku Studio during the winter of 2024–2025.
